Pack Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original luxury presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
